Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
2,000‒3,000 pieces on custom-coloured injection-moulded programmes.We quote by individual SKU instead of a company-wide rate. The first order can serve as a trial order, mixing multiple items with low MOQs for sales testing, before you decide whether to place a full-container order for a single model.
Q2: Can you produce our own brand and packaging (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. OEM covers your logo, Pantone colour and retail packaging on existing moulds; ODM covers new part geometry and tooling. Moulds are made in-house, so a colour or housing change does not wait on an outside tool shop. Custom-colour and custom-pack runs start at 2,000 pieces, while logo printing alone is accepted from 500 pieces on stock models.
Q3: What quality control and certification do you provide?
Quality is specified per part: couplers are rated to 150 bar working pressure, thread sizes are checked to 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch gauges, and hose reels plus 4-way splitters carry ANSI-referenced certification. Certification is model-specific rather than company-wide, so we confirm which documents a given SKU can support for your market before you order, instead of quoting a certificate list that does not match the goods.
Q4: What is your production lead time?
Stock items ship in 3‒7 days. Standard production runs 35‒45 days after deposit and artwork approval, and new tooling adds 20‒45 days for mould making. Because moulding, assembly and packing sit in one factory in Yuyao rather than across subcontractors, a colour change or carton revision can be absorbed inside the same production window instead of restarting the schedule.
Q5: How is your pricing structured?
Prices are quoted FOB Ningbo with tiered pricing based on order quantity. Standard volume breaks are 2,000 pcs and 3,000 pcs. Each quotation is valid for 30 days. Material, packaging and mould costs (where applicable) are listed as separate line items. This allows the buyer to clearly see that the US$0.08 price difference between the two couplers comes from the choice between brass and ABS material, not from the supplier’s margin.
Q6: What shipping terms and payment methods do you accept?
We ship FOB Ningbo by default, with CIF, CFR, DAP and EXW available on request. Payment is 30% T/T deposit with 70% against the bill of lading copy, and Trade Assurance orders are accepted. Small orders consolidate well: a mixed pallet of nozzles, splitters and repair kits travels as one LCL shipment, so low-MOQ trial orders stay economic.
Q7: What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?
Spray guns,water sprinkler and hose reels carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects; seals, O-rings and silicone tape are consumables and excluded. Claims are settled with replacement parts in your next shipment rather than by return freight, which matters when the unit value is under US$2. We keep spare seals and connectors for 3 years after a model is discontinued. Due to the special structure of the oscillating sprinkler, please confirm with the supplier.
